Tried logging in from different computer, characters gone

After trying to use my OpenID on my fiancee's laptop, I try to connect to Uthgard and none of my characters are there. It says the account is empty. Did I do something wrong? The launcher only has an empty account :wall: :wall: :wall:

Please disregard, I was able to get in by deleting the token on the launcher and adding it from the account in use.
