Reserved names problem solved!

hi, i have a problem to recover my old names
I followed the steps but I can not find my old characters, I tried with all my mails  and of course in the game he tells me that are reserved.my old main characters are: thoair / giugulina (midgard) can you help me to associate my account to my old names Thanks! You have to ask the staff directly for confirmation, but I believe they are not allowed (legally speaking) to give you any email address, even if this belongs to you.
YOU have to provide the email address first  |

now that I think I could have used some old old mails that do not currently remember. but if it was so by knowing the email to 99% i can recover my password.
anyway it's me i have screenthose whoever want to steal the name to a noob |

I don't think anybody here can help you except from GMs. You may wish to contact them directly on IRC whenever they are available.

How did you solve this? GM help you? My old email account doesn't exist anymore and I can't get my old character name. |

If you do not have access to your old email accounts the characters will be reserved until 2 weeks after launch which is when we will release all names.
Got any questions? Submit them to me and I will try to get them answered in our grab bag !
