Hey Guys!

I keep getting that error message when launching DAoC. Tried already updating graphics drivers and running in campatibility mode, as well as completely deleting & reinstalling the game or changing my screen resolution.

My system:
Intel I7-4510U
Windows 10 64 Bit
AMD Radeon R7 M260
Radeon Software Version 16.3.2
DirectX 12

Help would be very much appreciated!

Thx in advance! :)

I had the problem back in 2003 and contacted mythic' technical support. They confirmed that it was a problem with my graphic card and drivers. But as yours is up to date ...

You could try to uninstall the driver and reinstall it. If that still does not work, uninstall and roll back to an older version of the driver. Usually GPU manufacturers keep two versions of them (version N and version N-1) in case of problems.
Oh and don't forget to remove the user.dat file in your AppData daoc directory. It contains all your in game configuration and graphic options.

Try another graphic driver.

The only time I actually saw this error, was when I tried to launch uth in a vm that did not support 3D acceleration ;)
