I would like to recover my old account, but I didn't attached him to my email adress in 2010.

However, I began the process in game, with the command /email [my_mail] [my_mail]

Then I received a mail from Uthgard server explaining the command to do in game to attach the account to this email. (the classic process)

Unfortunately, I didn't execute this command in game, I can't remember why... It was in 2010...

Today, I would like to recover this account.

- I used the account recovery form and get a ticket, the #4115.

- Nayru aswered to me by mail the 12th of december, and told me he is unable to identify me as the owner of this account.

- I replied him by mail the same day with more informations (I forwarded him the old email sent from Uthgard server in 2010 with my old IP adress within, the main character of my account, and the name of my account to prove Nayru I am the owner of the account). Indeed, the only way I have to prove it is my account, is that old email, sent from uthgard server.

- I have no news from Nayru...

- The 14th of december, I decided to open another account recovery ticket. It is the #4120. I precised in this form that it is related to the #4115, and explained approximatively the same things I am explaining in this post today.

- Today I still have no news...


Please, I really would like to recover this account.

I need your help, what can I do ?

A friend of mine, can prove I am the owner of this account, we played in the same guild together.
