Does debuf do anything to mobs here regarding dmg purposes?

As i play a champ ..i noticed i debuf mobs with str/con debuf..and my dmg stays the same ..when actually it should be higher.. as Con buff increases pet/mobs absorb to spell and melee dmg , while dext increases just armor abs alongside with armor buff ofc.
I know it well since i played necro with BB on live like 3-4 years lvling my chars .

Was just wondering if any1 made a bug report about it..i know it doesnt matter much but helps some classes and overall in pve..

Ofcourse debuffs on mobs and pets work.

- New: Experience clamp in groups is 20%. This means if your group leader is level 25 and you are level 20 you will still get the full XP with no penalty to help you to catch up with your level group.
- Bugfix: After years of tedious research the NPC melee formulas are corrected to be as near as possible to live servers. Buffs and debuffs on NPC's will now be effective. Formula changes affect melee damage and defense of all NPC's. This means pet's will be stronger overall, especially with buffs. Depending on level the deviation to before can be quite a lot. Biggest differences should be visible in level 20-30 range as our formulas had the biggest deviations there. (#223)

Works good :D Though I believe debuffs attracts too much aggro from mobs still?

Does s/c debuff on a mob make it supposed to hit for less? (And also have fewer hitpoints)
Last time I tested this with my SM, I used s/c debuff and the mob actually hit harder. I wonder if this was some skewed worldbuild at the time. I'll have to try again.

Did you do any kind of D/Q debuff or haste debuff?

I know a str/con debuff will lower a mob s stats on Uthgard..that works....but it should also increase my melee and spell dmg VS him if i do a con debuf ..and that is not hapenning i m lvl 18 now and i soloed alot.. a 33 str/con debuf should give an increase in my melee ( which has a variation anyway ofc) and spell dmg( its the same exact amount all the time ..no increase what so ever ) ..becaue in the same way.. if you do a con buf to a pet..his melee and spell absorbtion will increase .

I dont want to take pics and make a vid how i debuf con and do same dmg ..its not an important issue..but it could help some classes that have con debuf ..when they solo..thats all.

There should be no problem left. Buffing and debuffing should work live like. Maybe compare it.

You were right Blue , its working, the debufs and dmg at low lvls were too low to see a diff on melee dmg ..hoping they r set oke tho:) .Can be closed from my point of view.
