ATI 13.9 : freez + lag

Hello, I updated my graphic card drivers to the last 13.9. and I've got incredible lag and freez, it's unplayable... any tips to do to play again with this driver ?

I can't downgrade them because i'm using Windows 8.1

FYI i've got a 7950 graphic cards.
