hi I tried to find my accaount after a long time I have not played the wrong pass several times and now tells me I'm banned from this server type should I do?

Accounts with too many login attempts (using wrong passwords, of course) get banned automatically. If I recall correctly, the first ban lasts for an hour and additional bans after the first one (i.e. after more invalid login attempts) last longer. I'm not 100% on the durations of the subsequent bans, but I'll keep you posted once I find out.

As for the account recovery, please check your junk folder and make sure it's the right e-mail address you're checking!
