I am trying to run Uthgard (first time) and am receiving an error when launching from daoc portal for the uthgard server.
I noticed the client I have is 1.114a. I also noticed I could not launch other shards when I tried. I found a 1.109 game.dll which allowed me to launch D2 realm and another shard I tested, however Uthgard still will not launch with an error saying "unable to start the game client". I am wondering if I can find a 1.113 game.dll somewhere to try that, but have been unsuccessful in finding one online. Does anybody have one or know where to get one.

I followed 5 steps on page two of this thread

where i downloaded a new game.dll and connect.exe

I also turned OFF auto update in the daoc portal client.

so i believe I'm on 1.109 and logging in.

If you connect with 1.114, you should auto update or receive a prompt asking for admin privileges to auto update your files to 1.113.

I wonder this works on a mac using crossover (wine)
