now that I read the rules I am not 100% sure if I am allowed to use a macro keyboard?

I mean I am not afk or anything only thing that happens is that if I got an enemy targeted and hit the macro button it mezzes the enemy, if I got a realmmember targeted it heals the member if I hit the same button.

Allowed or not allowed? Dont wanna get my accs banned ^_^

qbinds will be ok. Any keypress that performs more than 1 action is not ok
