Guys, I wanted to come back and play after the whole Camelot Unchained thing.

I played for a little bit on this server a while ago and I had a character level 18 called Tarcid. I can see that the char still exists but for some reason I can't access my account. It seems that the only account I have linked to my email isn't the right one since it's a virgin account with no char on it.
I have tried to recover the password of the other account name I remember but this one doesn't seem to be linked to any email address - I also know the account exist because when I try it on portal it says: wrong password and doesn't send me to an empty account.

I am a little bit stuck, I'd very much like to come back and play with my character but it looks like I can't find him...

So without answers on my ticket or here I tried all the passwords I ever had an now it seems that I'm banned or something. (I get that you ban ips that try a lot of passwords) My char is tarcid - a luri enchanteur lvl 18 spec moon - played last in 2009 from France (I'm now in the US) - account name is either tarcid or tarcidhib.

At this point I don't know what to do to come back with you guys... please help!!

Since you didn't state, have you checked all your spam folders?

Manual account recoveries are processed in the order in which they are received, and also at the rate at which I can process them. I've been busy the past few days. Keep an eye on your inbox and you'll get an e-mail when your ticket comes around.

alternatively you can always race Abydos.

Start a new Ench and see if you get the ticket before you reach lvl 18

It'll probably only take a few days to get back to where you were.

Not to thread hijack, but building off of what borog said about reaching level 18 - you can do it in a full day of gritty capital city tasking.

Unless you're exploiting a bug, its not possible to obtain a whole level with tasks. Only about 70% per level

think poster means play for full day and do nothing but tasks that entire day plus killing the mob for task with it's own xp and few other mobs they'll be lvl 18. ie 24 hours ^^
