Hello,

my account name is spkeck and I need to set my email address so i can receive a token and authorize it in game.

I have tried doing the prompt in game but for some reason I am not getting the token in the e-mail. I have put the correct email in spkeck@aol.com but I do not get the email in any folder or my spam folder either. In game it has told me it sent the email but i dont receive it. Then I did /email resend and it told me it would take 2 hours to resend the token or tell me how many hours remaining that token has, but then two hours later i dont have the token in my email box or spam folder.

I am certain i did the prompt correctly because it told me it would send the token to my specified email which I made sure and checked it was exactly spelled "spkeck@aol.com".

What can I do so I can play the game?

Perhaps aol filters it before it gets to you. Please try another provider like gmail, which is known to work.
