About 1-2 times a week I experience severe lag followed shortly by a complete loss of connection to uthgard. When this occurs I am no longer able to connect to the server or the uthgard website (I get a 500 error).

After a few hours (sometimes 12+) I am able to log back on and visit the website.

What is strange is that I am able to visit/browse every other website on the web EXCEPT for uthgard. However, I know that other players are still able to play without interruption (as I discovered while on teamspeak) - so it appears that it is only affecting me.

Can anyone give me an explanation for these "blackouts?" Is there something I can do to prevent this problem?
