Returning to Uthgard-Forgot information

I have tried recovering my old accounts, but can't remember email information or if an email was even set up since I currently have not be able to receive the tokens in my email when I try to set one up. Regardless, I have multiple accounts on Uthgard that have some redundancies and I would like to get things sorted out. I finally remember my original account names (after much "fishing" on the login server) but forgot the passwords. I know details of the accounts (Char names, classes, rough levels) but now I think I am locked out/banned from Uthgard for fishing the login server. Could anyone help me sort this out as I would love to continue playing Uthgard (with my old original accounts) Any help in the matter would be much appreciated.
