Tried playing for 2 hours now but the lag is too bad. Been playing for 3 weeks now and connection been rock steady up to now. Ran tracert and it seems I experience packet loss:

What can be the cause of this? I've been able to chat a bit while online (before getting disconnected) and it seemed i was the only one with problems.

Hmm UPC and Chello is the same, iam still used to say Chello for my internet connection, (Weesp, the Netherlands)

its a UPC Problem - The same for me here in Austria. Via my cellular phone (as WLAN-Hotspot) no problems, with my UPC-Connection unplayable since 01.03.2013. I already wrote an email to my provider - maybe u could do the same?

Called UPC customer service, they ran tracert /ping and got the same results (time-outs).

Nothing more they can do, my internet works fine but it just seems the servers / hotsspots in Germany (or whatever they are called, no techie) 195.16.162.254 and the two hetzner.de points seem to screw up the connection.

Shame, Uthgard seems unplayable for me now and was enjoying the game quite a lot . Probably won't change isp for this as that is such a hassle.

I had problems with connection yesterday too, also UPC but Czech Republic.High ping and packet loss started somewhere in Germany. Now if i ping or tracert to server.uthgard.net,all looks perfect.

my Problem got also Solved, just had some smal lags around 19:00 with little Paketloss but stoped after few mins

Same, yesterday even the lag 'magically' disappeared
