This is the second day in a row where I did the /email <my email addy> <my email addy> and I have not received any email to confirm my email address. I have checked my Inbox as well as my Spam Folder with no emails what so ever.
Does this server not support AOL emails? Am I allowed to use the same email address as I used for another account to confirm on this new account? Is there a way to reset the 24 hr wait period before I can confirm using a different email address? |

be patient
the command seems to be formated correctly i never heared of a problem with aol before you are allowed to use the same email as often as you want ![]() |

Patience is not the answer to this question. There is only 24 hrs where the code is valid. If the code is never received within the 24 hrs that it is valid for, the patience does absolutely nothing for the player. And, there is a problem with the email system, if this is an issue that can be recreated over and over. If emails going to AOL.com emails do not work, it needs to be clearly stated, or fixed. I did not have any problems on my other account, which was an account that I registered (in-game) to my gmail account. The email arrived immediately afterward typing in the command in the game. 2 days in a row now, I typed in the same command for the AOL account and nothing has arrived to that email (and yes, I have checked the Spam Folder as well). This is very frustrating, for several reasons. When speaking of this problem in-game on the guild chat, and posting it on the forums, people want to speak to me as if I'm a complete idiot and do not know what I am doing. "You typed in the "<" and ">" didnt you?" Or "Did you type in the email address 2 times?" Or "Did you type in the email address correctly?" So please, can someone respond from Staff, because there is absolutely no way anyone that is not a staff member would be able to fix this issue.

Sometimes the mail server crashes so mails get stuck.
Just checked. Mail server is up and running. Maybe you miswrote the mail address or mail was delivered to spam folder. It's done when it's done. Thanks for your patience.
Every bug gets fixed. Sooner or later. "It is an inescapable law of nature that the amount of satisfaction one gains from achieving something is related to how hard it is and easy things can only elicit a fleeting superficial sort of pleasure." Blue says, "you used macro tools or macro keyboard" Pala says, "i am disabled. and i have a mechanic left hand that can be programed. its hard to play woith one hand" [Appeal] Bxxxxxxxx: "why is RA first aid cann man i stealth use and not unstealth cann man ra if man use unstealth ?????????" BannedUser: "i was not using automate game action my hand was fall on keyboard during i was sleep .... i was completly fall on keyboard ..." |

I dont know if you just didn't read what I wrote, or if you are purposely trying to be insulting here. I clearly stated that that I checked the spam folder and expressed my disliking of players insulting my intelligence to make sure I wrote the email address correctly when I wrote it on 2 consecutive days where this problem existed. In a few hours I will be able to do it again for the 3rd time. I will use the same email address to prove my point that there is a problem, and not a user error.

the thing is the problem isn't on the gm's side but on yours
its either aol filtering it out(spam filter/complete remove), or you misspelling ![]() |

We do not try to be insulting to your intelligence. We often get similar queries and often users say that they did check their spam folder when in fact they didn't. In any event, please try another e-mail provider, such as Yahoo or Gmail, if your current provider has not delivered the message to you. |

Got a couple buddies that aren't getting their confirmation email. I signed up 20 minutes before them and I got mine and they are still waiting and even tried different email accounts.
