Hello. New here, and managed to play yesterday and got my Hero up to like 6ish. Come today, I log in to find that he's missing. I log out, and on my very next attempt in I've banned. I understand characters below lvl 10 are deleted, but is it really so quick acting as to remove him within a day? And why can't I log back in? I've made no unsuccessful attempts at logging in so I should bypass the protections. Thanks in advance

Most likely two things happened. first, you logged onto a new account which had no characters. Second, you logged in to an existing account with the wrong password too many times.

The second option may indeed have happened. However, I'm positive that this is the account I created the character on. I suppose it isn't exactly a huge loss, but I just want to make sure this wouldn't happen in the future.
