i clicked on the conection mod to download, clicked on cancle instead of ok. now i have reached my limit. there a fix for this?

try after 24h again or connect via proxy if not that clear your cookies or so

If by "connection mod" you are referring to the batch loader in the category "connection utilities", I would just like to let you know that it's no longer supported. You're probably better off using DAoC portal since it facilitates the installation of mods (which you will need here for frontier RvR, crafting and the custom zone Tajendi).

As Akip just said, for "live help", the IRC channel (#uthgard on irc.quakenet.org or click here for a web chat interface) is the way to go. I personally don't mind walking you through the installation/modding/portal business if you're having issues.
