I have used Teamspeak for the past 8 years or so and have never had a problem. But now that I have moved back into my dorm for the school year some teamspeak servers don't work while others do. I haven't been able to connect to the Uthgard server. Could this be because of my University's network?

From past experience, your best bet is to inquire with the network administrator (or the responsible parties at your university) about closed and/or fixed-route ports and blocked applications on your network. Wouldn't want to get in trouble over some VoIP now, would you?
