Downloaded tajendi this morning along with the crafting fix. tried to install..I believe the crafting fix worked, even though the text still shows red. When I try to install taj I get this error

"Error while generating directory structure
Unable to read beyond the end of the stream."

Is there anything I could do to install this correctly? Also, I see people in game talking about taj1..the download I got from the dload section of this site says taj 2...there a place to get taj 1 or am i just misreading something? Thank you for any help!

tajendi2 includes tajendi1

usually doubleclick on the downloaded files add them to your daoc portal modmanager. Open options in daoc portal > Mods > select the ones you want to install > install

if you execute camelot.exe or camtest.exe you have to reapply both the 1.109.dll + the mods.

I double click the files, i get a window saying they were added to the mod. when i click ok, the DMC license pops up with the accept and cancel buttons. i click accept and check the boxes. a window pops up as soon as i check the boxes saying "file name was not checked by dol staff it might be dangerous. Click ok to that and try and patch and that error starts up. I haven't been playing any server other than uth or anything. But i still get that same error. Kinda lost...It does install the files to where the uthgard classic patch was, which works fine.

I am running .dll version 1.95 If that matters at all. Do I need the 1.109? can i aquire that through this site? Would that cause this problem?

EDIT: I did download 1.109 and I still can't get it to install correctly ><

Make sure you run daocportal as administrator. Also, make sure .net framework 3.5.1 is installed and all the latest windows updates are installed.

Download .net framework 3.5.1:

Thanks for the reply. I've double checked I had it running as admin, which I did. I downloaded the framework and used the repair option. I currently am up to date with windows updates and continue to get the error. Is there any other possible info I could provide for you; to get to the bottom of this?

Try re-downloading uth_tajendi2.dmm. In mod manager, only select that one mod and choose patch

Tried that, same result. The one thing I did notice, when i was messing around with the installs is that the taj will mess around with the placement of CS after I try to install. CS would return to where it is placed on live and when i tried to go through the frontier side i'd get the message about not having the classic patch installed. Which I can just fix by reinstalling the classic patch. Not sure why it would do that, if that's any help.

you can check more than one mod at the same time
+ make sure the path is correct, left of the patch button.
