Dear Uthgard staff!

I'm playing uth for some time now (couple of years) and got different accounts in different periods of time. One of them contains my cleric lv44 with alchemy skill around 700 and a house named Gadya and somehow i can't log it since it tells me that the password is wrong. Last time i played this char was around 2 years ago mb even more. And i'm not really sure about account name. But i can submit the probable account name if needed in a PM and i'm 100 % sure if it's not the one than i'll be able to log the account if i'll recall it's name.

Tried automatic account recovery twice alrdy and no result. That's why i'm writing here.
I hope this problem can be solved either by submitting an acount name for the char or changing pass for the existing one.

Follow the automated process through and you will get to a point where you can submit a form where you can submit information.

This may take a will to explain but the end result was your server banned me for trying to get a working password for may account.

I try to get some help in irc just after it happen but no one was home.

So here what happens.

I run thru the account recovery then log in to my hotmail all in far less the 5 mins. Get my token, BAD TOKEN. Ok lets try this once more.

round 2: Run thru account recovery then refresh my hotmail Get my token, Tokens ok i get in to game.

Run /password (my_new_password) (my_new_password) . Games says it will send me a new token. So i what wait. about 15 minds in game. alt-esc out check hotmail nothing.

Ok at this point log out and try to log back in with my new password.

Banned from this server type.

So from what i have read EULA and seen in form I did nothing to wort a Ban on my account.
So i will ask nicely. Are you have problems with your account recovery ? If not I would very much like an explanation.

Nearly 2 more week passed, still no news. Dear staff, any chance to get any feedback on the issue? Really want my cleric back.

Manual account recoveries take a significant amount of time. I recently processed more than a dozen. We get to them as we are able, but queues can build. Please be patient

Strange but i still didn't drop hope on restoring my account with my cleric ^^ Up again *sigh*...queues sure can build
