Hey all, I am downloading the mods for a second computer. I downloaded the mods to the mod manager in portal but they do not appear when I open the mods folder. When I go to try and download them again it says my download limit has been reached. I know I downloaded all the mods, but when I search for them in my computer they cannot be found. Anyone?
