i've ran 2 accounts on the same router (different people) but now we're playing with 3, do we need to get permission or something to do this?

everytime client C logs in, it gets kicked out.
it doesn't get kicked out on other shards.
yes, it has the correct game.dll

thanks in advance.

Check for DAoC-Version (1.109 or lower), reapply Patches ...

You can run multiple accounts per ip but, each person must be played as much as possible. If any of you need go afk for longer than several minutes log that person out. Or risk being tested to see if you are all are indeed one person per character or lack there of.

Doesn't make any sense whatsoever. He can play other shards. But when he plays that character, insta crash.

He is running the 1.109 .dll, I don't know what else I could tell you guys to be of benefit.

Most likely a corrupt character file that you will have to delete in order to fix. This has happened to me on live and I had to go to my userdata file... locate that file and delete it (only losing my hotbar settings etc...). Hope this helps.

Can he play your characters on his computer? If so, what "Trends" suggested is the way to go.

How about trying to copy the game directory from computer A (the one on which it is working as intended) to computer B (the one on which it isn't working as intended) and try if this works out. Then there could be something wrong with the character ini file found in the Windows user profile directory.

Greetings Gwenwhyfar.

well on windows 7 the per avatar settings are kept here:

C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Electronic Arts\Dark Age of Camelot\LotM

windows XP is probably something like

c:\documents and settings\%username%\Application Data\Electronic Arts\Dark Age of Camelot\LotM

i dont use XP so i cant be sure.
