Items with TOA bonuses (stat increases) are not available on Uthgard

Yeah, but the classic stats are on the same page with +2dark +4 hits and +9 piety.
Stats prior to patch X. But it seems it was changed between 1.69 and 1.107^^

+4 hits changed in 1.70 according to archive. The item will change in the future.
