I had to reinstal the game, so i downloaded the gameclient from live daoc up to 1.110 version, instaled the daoc portal and the mods. ..made stups for them but when i log on uthg ..the game loads and kicks me out. I cant play with US version and i have to download the Eu version of the game or what is the problem? i ve done it the same like 6 months ago..

You forgot to replace the game.dll probably.. My first assumption since you didn't mention it?

Last time i didnt had to replace anything , i just downloaded the game instaled daocportal made the setings and played. Same thing is shown in the info part of this forum , download fullgame client, i downloaded the US one, its a problem with that ? has to be EU client or what?

I took ur dll and replaced it , but i havent done this before. Also when i make the settings i choosed the Labyrinth expansion, then DR expansion but it doesnt stay there once i get out and re enter portal setings.

1.110 isn't supported (the latest version on Live) so you have to downgrade to 1.1109 to be able to play here.

The last 6 months i played with 1.110 as i was using same daoc folder to log on pendragon and do the testing.

Thx alot kirilow for that game .dll , it worked, not sure what hapeend..as i said ..each time i donwloaded client ..instaled portal made the setings and played. Two years ago i had separate folders of daoc for uthg and for pendragon so i wount have to patch uthg mod each time i used live servers..

You sure you had a 1.110 version? Sounds like the problem everyone else is having when playing with the latest patch..

Anyhow, glad it worked.. Just keep your Uthgard and Live folder and you won't have to think about it again

Hi, i've been having a similar problem, but i've already tried downloading the DLL and stil it doesnt work...

The game starts loading but then shows this message:

Your client crashed before it even started connecting. You could try to run camelot.exe with 'Check All Files' enabled.

What can I do about this?

Yeah thats how i played for the last 6 months , i had a HDD problem and had to replace it..but i still play with one daoc folder for uthg and pendragon when i make tests.. not in the mood to downl and ocupy another 3.5 gb just to have a pendrag folder
