Help!

I have not played on Uthgard since this past spring. I moved to Germany for two months (Goettingen) to study and did not have consistant internet access, therefore, I had to quit. I am on a Christmas break now and logged onto my account to find that two of my characters are missing. One was a necromancer level 4, he was unimportant. The other character, however, was a mule who had GM tailoring and was used by me to salvage items and make armor! It is strange because nothing else is missing from the account, just those two characters. My account is several years old and has never been shared with anyone and I have never had a character banned or anything. Can anyone help me?

Maybe those two were on a different account?

No toon higher than lvl 10 or with more than 300 in any crafting line is getting deleted from uth, as far as i remember.

There are two gaps in my char screen where there were no gaps before!

maybe auto-delete messed sth up, try 2 contact a gm

I was told to contact Nayru. But I don't know the best way to do that...

I don't get it... Necromancer and Mule? And you're sure you've played them on UTHGARD?

I may be wrong, since noone said it so far.. but.. you can't create/play Necros nor Mules here

Hah the necro was a disciple, it was lvl 4 or so because Necros aren't implemented. I made him to prepare for when they were implemented. The mule, as in, a trade skill character, was a low lvl character with LGM tailoring. I would drop salvageable items into my house chest, salvage them, trinket them, and then pick them up and sell them on my other characters for money. That's what I mean by mule--not a miniature horse =p

I just think its bizarre he was deleted because he was full of money, salvageable items and was kind of the only way I had for making money.

You got deleted the chars who brought inflation ingame:)) these guys are good economists ) .. Hope you l recover them , as some1 stated pm nayru on forum.

This is hard to recover. Normally the cleanup scripts has some security checks to prevent deleting the wrong chars.

We have to delete those junk low level chars as many are not logged in anymore and block names. Theres a check for some conditions to distinct between a junk/stuck char at level 4 or a char which is worth something.

It will be OK in the end. None of my really good valuables got deleted (I think). I will probably just start tailoring on my wizard because she doesn't have any trade skills and I need her to farm with anyways.

I must say, however, that I have several MP items crafted by Sweatshop, the deleted character. Such could be evidence that such character existed on the account and that he no longer exists, yes? I've never had another account.
