since last month or so i am having constant lag even if traceroute looks allright to the server. just was wondering if any1 got the same problem? and maybe sorted it and can help?

sometimes when i relog few times lag is gone also few times it happend that my brother who is playing just next to me on his laptop got no lag and i am having constant on mine.

We live in the UK and Virgin Media is our internet provider.
