Buffs dropping upon logout

This seems like inconsistent behavior; I can reproduce this every time.

I'm logged into DF and I've buffed myself with conc buffs and self-buffs (Friar). Then I...

  • - Quit to character select and then re-enter--my buffs are still there.
  • - Quit to character select, quit the client, and then log in again--my buffs are still there.
  • - Quit to character select , wait a few minutes for my client to be disconnected automatically, then log in again--my buffs are gone.

Yup, self conc bufs should stay no matter what :).
