Sorry if I'm posting in the wrong location. I recently come across this site offering DAoC, and I'm a huge fan of the game. Decided I'd give it a try.

The problem I'm having is I followed the "Support- How to connect". I downloaded the client, which it patched itself to v1.110b
I then downloaded the "DAoC Portal" which happens to be v2.6
I went to settings as directed from the tutorial tho its using v2.3 which I noticed didn't offer some of the same setting as far as using EU which mine was automatically set to US. I thought I remembered seeing something saying it needs to be set to EU.
I looked around and saw nothing to adjust it so I went and tried to enter anyhow but I'm getting this error.

The client could not connect to the server specified. Either it is not online, or you used a wrong ip/port. If these are not the reason, you may try to update your client to an EU version, as this error is also displayed if the client is not supported by the server.

If anyone could please help walking me through I would much appreciate it.
