Downloaded everything smoothly. Game launches, load bar stop

Hi I'm returning to DAoC and am not sure why this is happening.

Ive patched my portal and launch uthgard. the loading screen appears and the bar loads 95% and stops.
Im using US version, i think this is why but not positive. Any ideas?? Thanks!!

This is due to 1.110, please see this thread for details on obtaining a 1.109 game.dll
