/level command

Hmpf after some searches i couldnt find anything about the /level 20 command in the uthgard forums not even here http://uthgard.net/index.php?option=com ... =9&t=13996
why there is no /level command on this server ;)? it was introduced with patch 1.62. okay it was introduced to balance underdog realms, but mostly it was used for instant lv20^^
