When releasing to Housing this has always been an occasional occurrence. Lately it has been happening when zoning into the Battlegrounds or just zoning in DF.

"You have been in combat recently...."
"You must wait [8 minutes] to use that ability" when using speed song
"You must wait 210 seconds to logout" just trying to /quit and restart client.

Hopefully you guys are already aware of it.

Known issue, this will be mitigated with the scheduled reboot.
