Last night my friends and I started playing an arms-cleric-pally group but when I got up this morning I couldn't log onto my cleric. I don't see my name in the banned list but when I log on it says i'm "banned". One of my friends went on and asked a gm who instructed me to post somewhere on the forums so I hope this is the right spot to get some help unlocking my account.

I am part of said 3-man group. We're a house of 3-4 guys who will be playing on the same IP. Is there anything we can do to make sure a ban doesn't happen again? Missing that notice box seems pretty easy...
