What cons can I craft 99s on?

When under Leg. skill what does the item have to con to be able to make a 99% qua? Thanks in advance for your help.

Every color can be up to 100% when you have 1000+ skill.
<1000 only greys will have the 2% to be mp but rest as above. Uthgard till 2003!

But normally you don't get any 99s on Uthgard if you craft a yellow item or not?

It seems that way, I don't remember making 99s when I was skilling up under 1000. I know I can make 99s on greens at least, not sure how much higher though.

I think I got it figured out. You can do 97s on yellows, 98s on blues, 99s on greens, and MPs on greys.
