So today I was doing this quest...

I pick a safe route out of the main action hot spots and I make sure to set my camera to be positioned so I always watch this horse as it seems notorious for wandering off during the quest. I got to about 58k, 13k (Cruachan Gorge) and *poof* my horse just vanished on me. I had those henchman not far behind me as well. I am starting to wonder if this is common during the quest for the horse to just vanish and cost players 250gold and a lot of time.

I've done this quest quite a few times... this attempt I swear I had my screen panned behind me to watch that horse. It vanished!!! I dont know if my horse *walking away* is supposed to be vanishing, but there is no way to interact with something that is invisible or gone.

So please, would it be possible to make the horse *unpoofable* or even removing the 250gold fee per attempt? Or even having an item in your inventory that will allow you to resummon the horse after up to about 30secs after dissapearing? Adding a message for the horse *wandering off* would also be a nice feature.

...It's just unfair that the player did not fail doing the quest, the quest actually failed on the player. I really admire doing difficult quests like this, Im not asking to make it easier, Im just asking for it to be less buggy.

Thanks.

No speed, ran on normal walk speed to ensure the horse was always at sticking distance.

Just attempted this quest in Albion...
No Speed, No Sprinting, Camera faced upon the Horse, Horse always targeted unless I need to select the mobs.

I got to the zone wall between Forest Sauvage and Pennie Moutains. "Poof"

THE HORSE DOES NOT WANDER OFF! It dissapears! This is the 3rd time this has occured to me. 250gold per attempt is a pretty hefty price for doing a quest that could potentially rob a player of all their cash.

The high XP reward makes it well worth it, but please allow players to keep the Lead Chain as the quester already has to endure so much.

1) Horse Dissapears quite often
2) Mobs are unkitable, sometimes spawn in very short-timed strings of 3-6 resulting in a zerg of mobs in a few seconds.
3) The 250 Lead Chain Fee PER attempt
4) RvR Zone, enemies might jump you doing it of course.

PLEASE, allow us to keep the LeadChain after the using it.
