Problem with server or daoc portal??

Hello everyone vovelo some information about the problem happened to me this morning .... I was playing quietly on uthgard when the game crashed and after several attempts got to reconnect the daoc portal server uthgard disappeared from the list of servers available ... looking on the official website the server is online with 427 players, how can I and my friends no longer able to reconnect to the server? is a management problem daoc portal or server uthgard? Teo greeting awaiting response
