In classic, I don't ever remember heals having a 15m and 20m cooldown for instant single and group heals. I believe instant was 8m or 10m, and group was 12m or 15m.

On Uthgard, the cooldowns are 15/20m. Is this a mistake?

Uthgard is currently running near patch 1.80, whithin old RAs it should get like 1.69 if I´m right

Anyway, I´d suggest to move this to bugreports.

I wanted show real cooldowns on live as proof,nothing else.

15 and 20 Minutes are the correct cooldowns for the instant heals, if you aim at the patch lvl Uthgard is going for (the camelotherald page that Fraem posted prooves this)

Damn. Any way a GM would change this? Seems really outdated when most new-frontiers RAs are of lesser cooldown.

It's not livelike and we are heading to old RAs (since a year or more) so i guess there will be no change
