how to open dmm file?

I just got windows7 installed and cant install the patches because it doesnt recognize how to open a dmm file.
any idea what im supposed to do? |

You should never touch a dmm file. They are signed and used by DAoCPortal. Patches are used with the ModManager inside of DAoCPortal. Please see tutorials and HowToConnect.
