During Braemar and Wilton raids, I've experienced multiple encounters of debilitating lag when clashing with Hib players.
It has only happened when clashing with them, although it does not happen with every Hib clash, many 2fgvs2fg alb fights go fine..

But on the off occasion of fighting a hib group of any size my entire group gets frozen to the high heavens, the Hibs act normally, and we die without laying a finger on them by comparison.

I'm not making any declarations of cheating or third party programs being used, but I have heard through other games that lag with players you play with increases the lag of others around them. So perhaps a third party program may be viable, or they intentionally increase their own lag and have simply learned to play blind.
