game not working

trying to play the game after playing live, but the quest icons and stuff dont show up. and i cant get any weapons or anything. Isnt there a fix for this in the downloads section? its definetly a deterent to playing the game

This didnt help, i have the live game installed and im not sure how or where to get the right patch version

the new all in one package from mythic is not compatible with the portal client
