Ooops Guardian Posts: 5 Joined: Jan 06, 2009 01:00	Reply with quote by Ooops » May 31, 2011 09:55 I post a account recovery on May 9, 2011 (Ticket # 2444) I recieced no word on the request.It is a game recovery NOT the forums recovery.I reposted on May 15,2011 (Ticket #2449) after reading there were problems with the requests.I then talked to a gm ingame and recieved the advice to resubmit the request once again that was on May 21, 2011.I did as he asked and resubmitted and recieved (Ticket #2467). I realize the staff is very busy but would appreciate a message in my inbox here or post on the forum to what is happening so far as to my tickets. Thank You, ops I have my account info,I have checked and rechecked and get the message that my Password is incorrect.I was away from the game for a little over a year due to being out of the country for my job.The computer the game is on is also password protected so no one had access to my game info.I did NOT share my account with anyone. Therefore I have no idea why my account password won't work.I have talked with a guildy and he has not seen my toons on at all which is a good thing. I would wish that players would take more care about their account informations so that GM's have more time for more important stuff. For password change requests we will introduce something new.
