Hey guys, I'm trying to connect to Uthgard for the first time, I followed all of the instructions on the website with no problems, but now when I press the 'Play!' button in DAOCPortal I get the following error message:
'DOLLoader ERROR The game file was not found, please check the first parameter!' Any idea how to fix this? Cheers ![]() |

You have to specify the path to your DAoC installation under 'settings'.

DOLLoader "C:\spiele\Dark Age of Camelot - Shrouded Isles\game.dll" 88.198.56.21 10300 1 name pw
may be you have the wrong path, just look where is your game and change that red part Back to NF, NEW RA.

It's done when it's done. Thanks for your patience.

I've checked my settings multiple times, it's definitely directed at my camelot install:
"Z:\Games\Electronic Arts\Dark Age of Camelot" In the 'Client Info' box it says 'V. Camelot.' I've tried this as well and received the exact same error ![]() |

I didnt want to start a new topic and so I decided to post my question here in the tutorial video it says the folder you should connect to should be named labyrinth of the minotaur. so did I do something wrong and not download the correct file, I went to the website that the how to connect webpage linked so not sure. |

The name is not important, as long as the relevant files are in there. ![]() |
