Hi

I have a house a wonder how to turn it into a villa
Also how much would the operation cost and what would be the rent afterwards?

buy a villa deed and drag and drop it onto the outside of your house and it will transform into a villa
be sure to collect all your vaults, npc and decorations before you upgrade. /housepickup all i think is the command if you don't want to do it manually.

my villa rent is 120g i think been a while since i have checked.
