Running through walls

Why is it possible to run through walls at the cemetery at atk vor example? And yes, I mean players. Cant remember this feature on live...

Ya i think i know what your talking about. I think its just a clipping bug with that wall. I remember this when i was over there a long time ago on uthgard.

No, I did attack a mincer with tools down and did hide behind this wall. I accidently got through it and a got a lot of adds. The minstrel started to use that bug to run around me behind the wall and using the shouts while running through the wall at all sides.
