Re-returning player that has quite a problem, Downloaded the client, checked the eu (also tried the us version since they are now basicly the same) and such to no avail. I get no list of my buffs in the upperend of the screen. Anyone else had this issue and managed to fix it?

Running pretty much standard, No weird UI's etc. Thanks for help if any :)
