graphics problem. Bright white fog eveyrwhere

I have the same problem on my laptop and PC. Like I said in the title to this thread, bright white fog everywhere! I had this problem on the Eden free shard, but only in one zone. I have it everywhere here. Nvidia graphics cards in both computers. 200M and 9800 GTX. game version 1.104. Windows 7 64 bit on both comps. Newest drivers on both graphics cards, windows is always updated.
