Anyone know how to make the Portal recognize the Mod with windows 7 im having a hecka time with it. I have the Portal all working alright just cant as i said get it to pull up mod patches.

I had some trouble with this too last night, but got it figured out. First off, save the files in the "DAOC Portal/Mods" directory, not your camelot directory. Close out DAOC Portal and reopen it, you should see the mods (click on Client -> Mod manager...) and be able to patch them.

Also, according to http://uthgard-server.net/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&p=109862#109862 you do not need Tajendi1. Tajendi2 contains Tajendi1.

I also ran DAOC Portal as administrator (right click, and "Run as Administrator").

So i got the Mod to work thank you boulder. Now however it wont load the game client fully , loads about 90% then i sit and watch all the expanions mock me and i have to escape out. im running all elements of this as admin, daoc and portal are set to run as admin so i dont think its that but i just cant figure out why it wont load now. i have tried unistalling and reinstalling and pathing daoc already.

This is the message i get:

The client could not connect to the server specified. Either it is not online, or you used a wrong ip/port. If these are not the reason, you may try to update your client to an EU version, as this error is also displayed if the client is not supported by the server.

tried disabling your firewall or allowing daoc to get through?
