Corrupt Data?

While playing the game, i was zoning to df and my game crashed. When I went to log back in, my character data was all screwed up, basically there were missing letters in the name and the zone i was in and my character was lvl 215. Also, I can no longer get into the game, with the account i crashed on or a new account I made to try to get on. Any ideas as to what I can do?

I fixed this by reinstalling everything.
