Potion + fighting

when i'm in combat,i put back weapons, i use potion or a charge, and i return in combat... (all this very fast)
but when i return in combat,i lose some seconds before start attacching again... HIT 2 seconds HIT 2 seconds HIT, using potion, and return in combat 4 sec (i think that it must be 2 second here too normally, not 4...) You cant use inst spells when you used a potion. Thats a bug as well.
If an army of cowards tries to find a hero there is no need for someone to make a step forwards. Its enough when all others step back.

maybe i wrote wrong, but i dont use instant spell ^^ using infi... i only use a potion and if i want to attack again i need to wait 2 second befor hitting |

that is intended:
let's say you usually hit once every 2 seconds. now you swing your weapon, put it back and use your potion (really quick, let's say putting back your weapon and using the potion takes you 0.3 seconds). Next thing you do is push your anytime style in order to attack. IF you would instantly swing your weapon, there would only be 0.3 seconds between this swing and your last one. This would not be right, since you usually hit once every 2 seconds. That's why you have to wait 1 or 2 seconds. Imagine this wouldnt work this way: Hero would do his LW backstyle, us a pot, hit the backstyle-key again and not have to wait... he would be doing 2 styles with his large weapon within less then 1 second. |

I just wanted to add the bug, that you cant use inst spells when drinking a potion. But I think its correct that you have to wait the 2-3 seconds before you can hit or cast again. It actually is the time you need to drink a potion; when finsihed you can act like you normally do. To bypass this timer you can use Inst Potions which should work while fighting (no need to end combat mode). If an army of cowards tries to find a hero there is no need for someone to make a step forwards. Its enough when all others step back.

yes but in other servers or in official too i dont remember this delay before i can hit again! |

It wasnt like this when i started rvr here so i guess its a custom change by the staff.

You need to wait till the animation for using a pot has somewhat ended to be able to attack in melee again. I'm quite sure that's livelike.
