Account is banned from this server type??

Can anyone tell me WTF this means? or how it happens? My theurgist is level 12 lol, I just started here the other night and Im already banned.. what a joke. It would be nice if a Admin would respond back to my PM's also, or respond here in this post

do you appear in the list? if not read the stickie at the top 
but ban discussions are not allowed here so I will close this if you do not appear on the list, and you haven't typed in the wrong psw too many times I suggest you create a new topic |
