just a question i don't konw if it's the right place to do that but i try:)

i'm the father of 4 childs and playing daoc since 2002 and now here, i like a lot this server, you're doing a nice job.
2 of my childs want to play with me in Daoc ,i have 4 pc at home ,is it a problem if they play each of them on their PC so i'll have 3 pc with a daoc session at the same time with different ip address but in my home network like 192.168.XX.xx not the real ip address .
so can you tell me is i can do that and if not what' is the solution

Hello and welcome.

No that's not a problem as long as you don't dual log accounts. However you should always be able to proove that there's two different people playing the two connected accounts in case gamemasters make you do a test. Going afk for longer periods isn't the best idea in this case.

Is is allowed to play from one connection with more than one player? I have seen buffbots are forbidden!

Of course that's ok as long as there is a player behind each character. If one of you needs to go afk for a longer time, you should log out the character. From time to time we perform tests to detect dual logins. If we encounter more characters from one connection than there are players behind these characters, we will rate it as a dual login, even if these characters usually get played by more players and one of them might be only afk.

As long as you stick to the rules, you're safe. There are a lot of families playing together on Uthgard.

I play with two roommates. I've never even been tested for buffbot usage. The staff is pretty good at identifying who is buffbotting and who is genuinely playing.
